Services & Payment

• A 50% deposit is required before any design work begins.
• The remaining 50% balance is due before the completed website is delivered or handed over.
• Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun, unless otherwise agreed in writing.
• Late payments may result in delays to delivery or suspension of work until payment is received.

Project Delivery

Final files, login credentials, or website transfers will only be released once full payment has been received.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use this Site:

• For unlawful purposes or in violation of any applicable laws.
• To attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Site or its systems.
• To copy or misuse any of the designs, code, or materials provided on the Site.

No Guarantees
